In this last part JJ gets to put a straightjacket onto Alexa who has never worn one before. After putting the jacket on her, JJ takes off her panties and puts them into Alexa's mouth and then puts a leather harness on her head to keep the gag in place. Next JJ puts leather medical cuffs on her ankles and then uses some handcuffs to put her into a hogtie type position.
