In this series Detective Lee and Tony go to Kristi's apartment to pick her up on a warrant. They are surprised when she takes off running, but Tony is able to catch her quickly. They get her cuffed behind the back and her ankles shackled before taking her downtown. At the station she still won't calm down so she is to the ground and hogcuffed. After awhile Tony comes back with a straitjacket and tells Kristi she is going to be in that until she calms down.
