Mica is in jail because she was driving a car with a lot of illegal stuff in it and now she is cuffed behind the back, leg cuffed, and chained to a post waiting to see what is going to happen next. Eventually a detective comes and talks with her about stuff and then later she is put into transport restraints and taken to see the judge.
