In part 1 Nikki is brought in to the station cuffed behind the back and wearing leg shackles. She is put in a chair and then taken over to a counter to be searched. To show she doesn't have anything she pulls her skirt up and her breast out. She is left cuffed to the counter for awhile and then taken back over to the seats.
