Riley gets extradited from a different state and this clip starts with her being brought into the police station of the jurisdiction that she is wanted in. She is wearing transport chains and after a little bit of waiting gets searched, goes to the bathroom with leg cuffs on, and eventually has different cuffs put on while she waits to go to court.
