In part 4 Officer Dixie takes Stacie to see the judge. She moves her from one holding room to another at the court house. Eventually Stacie is taken back to the jail where she will be taken to prison. She decides she is not going and uses a bobby pin to pick her handcuffs. Officer Dixie comes back in ready some notes and doesn't notice that Stacie has her cuffs off. Before she knows it Stacie grabs her and her against the wall where she gets her own handcuffs put onto her.
