Millionaire's widow Cassy von Reutenberg and her private secretary Robby (M. Jones) visit Phoenix, AZ. Both are wanted by the European police because of tax fraud and other crimes. The local police got a tip and look for them in the hotel room to execute an international arrest warrant. At first, protesting Robby gets frisked, handcuffed and shackled by Kacy March. Then Cassy has a turn; she gets also frisked and secured with handcuffs and legirons. Finally the whole lot of them leave the hotel room.
