In part 2, officer Kacy March starts the booking procedure for delinquent Lila, but this time it is not business as usual: Lila babbles rubbish while her questioning and does grimaces during the mugshots. Fortunately the boozer is secured with handcuffs and legirons; and she looks great in the metal restraints.
