In part#1 new prisoner Brenda is brought in wearing high security restraints. She is still in her court clothes and is taken over to a counter where the guard takes over. He locks a steel collar on her and then leaves her there for awhile. Later he comes back and moves her to a different area where she is made to strip down and then gets cuffed back behind the back and is stripped searched. After that she is taken over to a counter where her cuffs are attached to a ring.
