In part 8 Tony returns from getting the evidence...only there was no evidence to be found. He thinks Jaicey lied to him about it. He opens the cell door and Jaicey is still hogcuffed on the floor. She's been like this for over 5 hours while Tony was gone. Tony tells her she is not going home and then he gets her up and puts heavy steel shackles and chains on her. He tells her that she is going to do some chores for him before Warden Lola gets back. He takes to the Warden's office and has her clean a large mirror.
