In part 4 the girls are still strung up in the garage. Eventually they pull the clothes pins off of their breast and finally are given a break from tickling and whipping. Next the girls are taken into Tony's office where a heavy set of shackles and chains are waiting. Nyxon is made to put them onto Dixie and then Dixie gets to look in the restraint closet and pick out cuffs for Nyxon to wear back to the prison. She ends up picking out a collar and high security handcuffs and leg irons. She is made to cuff up Nyxon and then they are both led out of the room to go back to prison.
