She frisks the suprised and and shocked Dahlia making her stand with her hand up against the wall and her high heeled feet spread wide. She then slaps her handcuffs on Dahlia's wrists behind her back and pushes her back down onto the sofa. Making a call for a pick up she is told that the transport van is away on another pickup and she has to wait. She looks down at her handcuffed blond prisoner and asked what are we going to do to wait. Dahlia asks for a cigarette and Kelliann dumps her purse onto the floor to find her pack, she lights the cigarette and puts it to Dahlia's lips. She then tells Dahlia that she has to use the bathroom and to stay put. But Dahlia doesn't listen and tries to make a break for it. But Kelliann is ready for her and catches her before she get out of the room. She punishes her by putting leg irons on her ankles. Then she pushes her down onto the floor and locks her leg iron chain to her handcuffs hogtying her on the floor.
