Rich spoiled Dominque has been stealing from her husbands company to pay off her gambling debt. She doesn't know it but her husband has had her arrested and told the cops to keep her in isolation for a while. With the holding cells full the cops have brought her to the basement and handcuffed her and shackles her ankles to a ring mounted on the floor to keep her from wandering off.
