Isabel sits on a wooden pallet in her skin tight leather dress. Her wrists are locked behind her back in steel handcuffs and her thumbs are secured with thumbcuffs. Her handcuffs are padlocked to a ring on the pallet with a chain and her ankles are locked in steel leg shackles and tethered to another ring on the pallet. A huge black ball gag is stuffed into her mouth and strapped in tight. She struggles helplessly on the pallet trying to pull her wrists free of the tight steel cuffs.
