In my team today one of the newcomers shone with absolute incompetence. For such losers I take the time after work and give them a special treatment which they will not forget so quickly. First I let him crawl through dirt and puddles. Then I drift and kick him into a deeper puddle. And this is where the fun really starts for me, and of course the misery for him.
