Description

First I warm up with a lot of stretching and bending and then I continue to do a mixed workout for legs, core and abs. I include a bridge, a headstand, push ups, the splits and much more. I used to do a lot of gymnastics so I still incorporate a lot of that into my workout. I end the workout with more stretching and bending to get a good stretch for my legs, back and abs.
