The 2nd part of this clip finds Sabrina still tightly duct taped up, but notice the cleave gag is removed. The cleave gag is replaced with another cleave gag and then tape, which is wrapped nicely around Sabrina's head. You can also call this a double gag. I even add some more tape to her wrists and ankles as needed. Watch as she struggles once again thrashing and pulling into the tape with her mouth completely taped up.
