Electric appliances are the order of the day. Jay tickles one of Dave's feet with an electric toothbrush while Chad uses an Oster electric hand vibrator. After a short break, Dave's feet get tickled very lightly and slowly. But that doesn't last long as rapidly dancing fingertips turn up the heat and get Dave laughing like crazy all over gain. Chad is intrigued with the electric vibrator which he straps on again and has his way with one of Dave's feet. After that, Chad plays one of his favorite games: Cat & Mouse.
