The Nylon Bandit's captivity of two secretaries moves into high gear, as The Bandit blackmails both of the secretaries, and puts them further into bondage, by putting one pair of pantyhose over both of their heads, and then duct taping over the hood over both of their already gagged mouths, finishing with a duct tape wrap blindfold over both of their eyes. They have now become their Boss's property!
