I'm cold, they're red, i'm hot, they're red, i'm angry, tired, happy, they're red! But nothing makes them redder than when I pull and stretch them. So I take my lobe between my thumb and index finger and start pulling. I pull gently at first, then I start really stretching them out, pulling hard.
