Welcome to my stress relief program! Today I am wearing a black minidress and stockings because black is my favorite color when smashing crockery. I will show you that one of the best ways of eliminating stress is to take a hammer to a large collection of plates. Watch the stress melt away as the plates become pieces. I find that a stress relief program like this has only one drawback; I always want (or need) more plates to smash!
