I'm very frustrated because my computer mouse doesn't work. I'm so angry that I took the hammer and broke it into small pieces. It felt so good that I wanted to destroy more things. I've cut my phone protector, and then I tore a pair of chair cushions. Suddenly I felt it was very hot and I decided to also ruin the dress I was wearing. It gave me so much pleasure. This was a real therapy for me.
