Destruction of the lungs is a real goal and we really need to enjoy the process. I admit that destroying your lungs can be a little scary at times. Especially when you realize you can't breathe as easily as you used to. But luckily shortness of breath does not happen suddenly but it is a sneaky process. Once you realize that something as simple as breathing has become not too easy, you can be a little scared like I was, but not enough to give up.
