I give her only a 5 breathes in and out and then repeat HOM.
Each time it is harder and shorter. She pushes herself gasping for air and belly contractions.
Each time ALEXA: "More, I can do more"
We do this 5 times for her.
Now it is my turn. It is very hard for me because I am a heavy smoker but I want to try.
Alexa does on me 5 no air breath holds tight HOM with only 5 breathes in and out recovery in between. I gasp for air and my belly is twitching!
