Video starts with some kates and strikes with the stick as I am training, unaware of the cameras presence.
Then I turn and face the camera, give a flirty smile and then start striking out towards the camera. Lots of stick twirling, smiling and kicking, striking with my yells.
Then I do a couple of high kicks in the face and you are on the floor so I do some face stomping, camera flat on floor looking straight up, and a couple of chest jumping stomps.
