My bum needs a boost, so I decide to start doing some squats. I use a 15 lb dumbell and day one I do 50 squats in the nude. The second day I do 55 squats. Whoops, I forgot to film a couple days, but I did 60 and 65 squats on two separate days. When I got back to filming, I did 70 squats, with a bra on. Everyday it tires me out, so much! After the first day my legs were so sore I could barely move! But by the time I got to day 5 (or day 3 in the video) it was so much easier! But I sweat and have heavy, labored breathing every time. Squats are such a good work out.
