It's coming to the end of the 1000ml infusion and this scrotal sack is looking very large, very tight and very shiny. The fluid filled sack has been a perfect conductor for the electrics. The poor penis has retracted inwards and looks rather pathetic. Nurse Annisa now needs to remove the catheter and remove the infusions. She has some fun though beforehand slapping and manhandling this very large scrotum.
