Gesture to your stomach as you tell the employee that you swallowed the people you had to let go. They're all in your stuffed belly, squirming around for room in your swollen gut. Mention a good bit about how full and stuffed you are, with a lot of attention and rubs of your stomach.
Now not to worry, you're not going to gulp down this employee - as long as they show their worth to the company. How do they do that? They need to rub your gut and help you settle the indigestion in your bulging belly.
Now we get a closer view of your belly as the POV does their best to massage your belly. Smile in between burps and tell them that they're doing a great job... but after a minute or two you look down and lick your lips. They're doing such a good job, you wonder if they'd do a better one from the inside.
You pick them up above you and smirk, rubbing your belly and telling them that they've been such a loyal employee, and you thank them for all their service... and then swallow them down!
