Realizing that WW is too powerful for her to handle, the Cheetah uses strategy instead of brute Pulling out a remote detonator, Cheetah tells the sexy superheroine that she's already planted several sets of explosives all around the hotel, and with the single push of a button over a dozen charges will go off, destroying the hotel's infrastructure and sending everything crashing to the ground in a grisly scene of carnage. WW, astonished that the Cheetah would spell doom for so many in the hotel (including herself) is into surrendering in order to save the lives of everyone in the hotel

Interrogating Wondrous Woman the superhero into revealing her sources of power, which the Cheetah is only too happy to remove from her bound amazonian captive. Producing a piece of dampened cloth from her costume, Cheetah also dispatches with the powerless WW in a more conventional way, giving her a very Faustaesque style of defeat as the wriggling, protesting superheroine slowly succumbs to the inevitable depths of a blissful morphean slumber. As Diana collapses onto the bed, the Cheetah takes this time to lovingly stroke and fondle WW's luxurious hair, caressing and stroking it tenderly.

If WW loses even once, she must renounce her title as “America's #1 Female Champion” and return back to Paradise Island a failure and remain there for the rest of her life. WW wryly notes that the odds seem stacked against her, but the Cheetah laughs it off, saying that she was never promising a †̃fair' fight for the helpless heroine, just an opportunity for victory. Can a powerless superheroine possibly win against her most reviled archenemy? Can Diana find a way to get her power items back? Can WW win in a fight against the Cheetah?
