It's a steamy, sticky hot afternoon in Los Angeles. 95 degrees and Robin's air conditioning doesn't work...but the 3 have come together to practice Acro Yoga and do lift and carries! This is a fun and strenuous video. Liz and Robin show off their incredible flexibility and strength and Jeff shows off his love for lifts and imagination!!!
