How did I ever chainsmoke? My nicotine tolerance has plummeted in my 2 years of being off the smokes. This second cigarette has me feeling heady and almost immediately. It's interesting how differently people metabolize nicotine: some feel energized and focused after smoking, I feel almost Silly and in desperate need of a nap. The warm summer breeze on my face, the deep lazy drags from my cig, and your company have me in a very pleasant mood. I distinctly remember thinking how great it would be to lean up against someone's chest and just enjoy the moment. I get so caught up in chatting (and if we're being honest, I'm just so fucking ) that I accidentally ash on myself at one point. C'mon, Maddy...you've even got a makeshift ashtray this time, girl! Pull yourself together and at least try to look cute! I smile and talk freely and easily as I smoke, directing the clouds from each exhalation out the window and occasionally brushing the hair from my face. The open window is letting in all of the summer allergens, which makes my nose run a bit. I have a bad habit of touching my face or brushing my hair back with my dominant (smoking) hand, so my lit cigarette is frequently darting around my face and hair. I'm getting cigarette-smell everywhere and I know my bf is going to be upset if he finds out I've been smoking again. I'll end up opening all of the windows, turning on the fans, lighting incense and candles, and then showering, brushing my teeth, and changing clothes in order to hide the evidence. So much work for a few inches of pleasure (sounds like a double entendre!)...may as well enjoy the hell out of it. And I do! I'm still about two-thirds of the way through the pack of (yuck) Misty 120s that were left at my house, and even though they are not "my" brand, they're good enough. I do love the white filter, always have. And the 120s give a nice, long burn. I couldn't take one of these things down in 4 drags if my life depended on it. I'm noticing that I do smoke them a little faster than I did initially, but the buzz hits me like a ton of bricks. Relax, light up, and hang out with me! We still have time before my boyfriend gets home, I'm, and I'd love the company :)
