This is a remake of Sebastian the Intern:

Sebastian is Dr. Smiths new assistant and while cataloging patient files comes across a disturbing video. Dr. Smith proceeds to take him on a tour where he becomes further concerned for his safety. Dr. Smith slips away for a moment and Sebastian calls a friend and tells him his concerns. We now see Sebastian strapped to an office chair, gagged and watching a video while Dr. Smith threatens him and feels up his body.
