I can’t believe its been since August that I done a weigh in! Too long has passed since I stepped on the scales, as you all know I avoid them haha.
This time I take my digital weighing scales outside to the terrace, along with my measuring tape and body fat calculator.
Time to see what’s what an update not only you, but myself too!
