In this epic tickling scene, at last, international criminal mastermind Rimmington (Richard Lennox) has tracked down the hard-to-catch Paco Rubon (Elis Ataxxx). Paco is tied up to a chaise in some pretty fancy gay underwear, and Rimmington is here to interrogate him. He's going to get what he wants to know by tickling Paco til he talks.
