Like many girlfriends, Eva and Cherry do all sorts of things together. They shop together, shower together, make out together, and trample together. They were both feeling a bit frisky and both also wanted to trample the slave, so why not have the best of both worlds? Hence they stand on the slave in their heels while they make out. It's actually quite logical and efficient when you think about it.
