I wake up brutally hogtied on a dirty and wet mattress naked except my girdle, stocking and stilettos. My arms have been massively bound fused completely together. My legs are also super heavily tied with twine from my crossed ankles to upper thighs and my wrists are completely connected to my ankles. The twine cuts deeply into my flesh and I sob out in pain.
