Prison officers Wood and Whiplash have a prisoner strung up by his wrists. He has been caught getting a prison officer to help him run a ring inside the prison. They want to know more information about the operation so he's already had a severe leather strapping from both of them and now it's time for caning from both of them whilst they continue to try and extract information from him.
