I already finished up my "normal" workout routine for the day! I'm even still dripping sweat from it! But the savage in me wants MORE! And I like to mix things up a bit. I grab ahold of a long strip of steel from all the demo work I've been doing on my home. Watch as I turn this long strip pf metal into a puny ball! In fact! I rip it right in half making TWO balls of steel! My own pure, raw, bare handed strength is all it takes.
