After two solid minutes of my jumping left calf from the first angle, I cross my legs and show off my newly-acquired muscle control so you can see the inside muscle draw up into a ball, first from up close and then from some distance so you can see all the action. (I've always been able to make my calf muscle spread out by flexing my foot, but this new thing makes my calf bunch up by pointing my toe, and it's such a thrill to be able to learn something that pleases you, my dear patrons!)
