I wear a sports top, leggings, and very sheer brown/black pantyhose. My ankles and feet are duct-taped, and I have a long stipe of duct tape over my mouth. Then I demonstrate how I can't be gagged, escaping the gag only with my mouth and tongue (biting the tape, licking, etc.) First with an ear to ear strip of clear tape, then ear to ear of brown packing tape, then an ear to ear strip of grey duct tape.
