You know perfectly which moves are helpful: you start stretching slowly your back, moving your arms up and down overhead a lot, but after the first stretches you feel immediately that your sweater lifts up showing your belly button...After a while you stand up and lean your back to the wall, raising your arms up (as you want to reach something high) and TIPTOE your feet, up and down repeatedly: the bottom of your sweater softly slips on your skin, showing and hiding your belly button again.
