What have I done? I just got home from a buffet and I overstuffed my belly so much it hurts. My skin can't stretch any more than it is. Look at my muffin top just hanging over my jeans. I burp over and over hoping to get relief, but it just hurts so much. I'm always in shape, now I've gone and fucked it all up. I undo my belt and top button of jeans to give my extended belly a little more room. My burping really starts to come out. There is so much food in my belly I can hardly move. You can see my misery on my face. I really outdid myself this time. I can't wait for the digestion process ...

My belly is so hard and so full, I feel like I need a wheel barrow to get up. Why did I do this to myself? Why do people do this to themselves? More burping gives a temporary relief . There are a few subtle belly sounds as I bring you close in. I feel like I'm going to burst! But I just burp instead, rubbing my belly throughout, as if that will help my pain. I think I'm going to have to just roll myself onto my side and lay down and wait it out
