The medical team starts to sterilize her pubic area and isolate it. The speculum is inserted and the surgery begins. The surgeon explains what is going on during the surgery. The nurse steths her many times. The procedure completes but some vaginal issues still remain. The surgeon works to fix it but the patients BP is slowly falling. The team hooks her up to monitors, places an oxygen mask and tries to calm her. They decide to give her something to stimulate coagulation, But that creates thrombosis which leads to a heart attack and corresponding symptoms. Anthonia starts breathing more and more heavily and gasping for air. The medical team tries to help her breath with ambu bagging. Anthonia’s pulse gets weaker and weaker and her heart flatlines. The medical team covers the surgical area and starts resus on the nude patient with ambu bagging, CPR and defibs. They are in panic because it was a routine procedure and they hadn’t expected things to go wrong. A long and dramatic resuscitation scene starts with many cycles of CPR ambu bagging and defibrillations with a lot of gel on the patient. While it is occurring the surgeon tries to reduce the effect of the medical causes of the cardiac arrest. Finally the patient’s pulse returns to normal and she looks stable enough.
