Nurse Betsy and her two colleagues are in the restroom following a successful surgery. The two other nurses goe for a cafe and leave Betsy alone smoking at the window. When they get back a few minutes later they find Betsy, crashed, on the floor. Nobody knows what's happened, but they start resus on their colleague with CPR and MTM first. One nurse returns with the ambu bag and defibrillator. There is no response after the first round. The nurse calls for a free ER which Betsy ends up in, with the team still working feverishly on her.
