(English) Brandy Smile is in the ER breathing heavily. She also has chest pains. The medical team starts to exam her and place an O2 mask to help her breath. They check her BP and cut off her shirt and bra and starts stething her chest. After placing the 12 lead EKG, the symptoms looks like a heart attack.
