She placed on the operating table, and still breathing into the 02 mask. The surgical team begins prepping Dee for surgery by placing her legs into the stirrups, and making sure she's comfortable in the lithotomy position. Dee takes a few deep breaths and relaxes while the team inserts an LMA into Dee's airway, her eyes are taped shut horizontally, and the surgery begins. The team goes to work removing a couple of fibroids from Dee's uterus. While the team is operating on Dee, her heart stops, and resus begins with CPR and defibrillations. After Her heart starts beating again, the team resumes the surgery, and finishes up without any further complications. Dee is wheeled back to the recovery room wearing her pink bouffant cap and 02 mask. The team gently wakes Dee up by calling out her name, while stroking her face and cap. Dee has a frightened look on her face, and tries to sit up, but the team assures her that everything will be just fine, as they tell Dee to lay back down.
