Dianna is in the ICU after an HA. She is hooked up to a 3 lead heart monitor, with BP and nasal cannula inserted. The med team comes in and checks her vitals, auscultates her lungs (chest, back and heart). They then leave her rest. Soon Dianna’s breathing worsens. She starts gasping and calling for help. The med team returns and places a 12 leads ECG onto her chest, places cuffs onto her limbs and starts the ECG exam.
