Dorina is in the OR because of a spine injury some years ago that required metal pins still inside her back (note the actual scar). Now she has problems with these pins and the team must repair it. this is a surgery. They prepare Dorina for surgery, hook her up to EKG and place BP. They use a blue ambu mask for gas. As she rests, they intubate Dorina with a laryngeal mask airway. As they turn her on the table she goes into CA. They turn her back and start CPR and more defibrillations.
