Dorina is in the OR because she had a spine injury some years ago, and metal pins are still inside her back (you can see the scar). Now she has some problem with these pins and the team must repair it... this is a surgery. They prepare Dorina for surgery, hook her up to EKG and place BP. They use a blue ambu mask for gas. As she rests, they intubate Dorina with a laryngeal mask airway. As they turn the tired girl on the table she goes into cardiac arrest. They turn her back and start CPR and more defibrillations.
