(English) A very exciting story line by custom request. The surgeons are conferring and examining patient Kiara who has arrived at the hospital a day ago, breathless and with chest pains. In the next scene, Kiara is in her hospital room and the surgeon comes in to check her vitals. She steth's Kiara's chest and calls the other doctor for further exams. They perform a cardiac ultrasound exam and soon realize there is a large clot in her lung and she must got into the OR stat. In the next scene, Kiara is the OR. The assistant preps her for the procedure. The mask is on, and Kiara is intubated...

The assistant preps her for the procedure. The mask is on, and Kiara is intubated. When she is hooked up to the respirator her heart suddenly flatlines. The small med team starts the resus procedure with CPR and more defibs. Following a few cycles Kiara's pulse returns to normal. When the surgery team enters the OR her pulse stabilizes. The team preps for surgery and begins. Following an exciting procedure (many camera angles, close ups etc.) the surgery is successful. In the next scene Kiara is in post OP still on a ventilator.
