This is too much for her and now she is in the ER, diagnosed with a myocardial infarction. Sheila has heavy chest pains, and is feeling breathless. There are very long CA symptoms here. The team hook her up to monitors and cut her bra off. Then they connect her to a 12 lead EKG. They try to keep her up but as she crashes Nurse Vicky strips her naked and starts resus with CPR, ambu bagging and many rounds of defibrillations. Following multiple cycles of CPR and defib her pulse returns to normal. The nurses give her O2. But soon she crashes again. The team continues resus and intubation. The doctors hook her to the breathing circuit and prepare her for ICU.
